Sypher Ideal Customer Criteria helps you understand the characteristics of your ideal customer, ensuring that your marketing and sales efforts are targeted towards the most promising leads.
After analyzing your data, Sypher identifies the key characteristics of data patterns among your leads and compiles them into 4 categories.
"Importance" Definition: The importance, represented by stars, measures how significant the criterion is in our algorithms' analysis.
"Best Value" Definition: Best Value, represented by 3 column, measures how significant the value is for each criterion.
Demographic Data represent attributes of the lead, such as job title, department, years of experience, education level, and professional certifications.
Firmographic data defines the characteristics of the company to which the lead belongs, including industry, company size, revenue, and location.
Behavioral Data tracks the actions performed by the lead, such as website visits, content downloads, email interactions, and purchase history. This information provides insights into the lead's interests and engagement level, enabling more personalized and timely marketing efforts.
Criteria with No Impact on Score these are factors or attributes that do not influence the conversion of leads. Although they may be collected and tracked, they are not considered relevant by the algorithms when calculating the overall data of a lead.
